Offered for patients whose family  physician is a member of the Kalyna Country Primary Care Network. 

Foot Care Services

For the assessment and treatment of complex foot concerns by specialty trained LPN or RN.

Screening for:

Circulation, sensation/neuropathy, footwear, condition changes including referrals as needed to physicians.
